There are four (4) methods available to have your taxes prepared:

1.      Call 718-619-0340 or send an email to info@nycretire.com to schedule an appointment.
   
2.      To have your taxes prepared by mail, request a tax return package by sending an e-mail to info@nycretire.com or by calling 718-619-0340 (include your name, address, and phone number).  Upon receipt of the tax package, simply complete the brief background information sheet, enclose your tax documents (W2's, 1099's, 1098's, etc), and return in the postage paid envelope.
   
3.       Fax (call for fax number) your tax documents.
   
4.       Scan your tax documents and forward via email as an attachment.
